Collision Repair Re-Inspection
Many of my customers have had their vehicles worked on in various shops around the Houston area, some outside the Houston area. We don't always receive the quality of work that is required by the insurance companies, approved by I-CAR standards, and seldom receive work that we, personally, are satisfied with. This presents a problem to the owner of the vehicle. If a repair has been made that is sub-standard it may affect the integrity of the vehicle, the crash safety standards of the vehicle and will..not may or might...WILL affect the value of your vehicle.
We are now offering a collision repair re-inspection service. We review the estimate and the invoice for repairs made to your vehicle and evaluate the repairs. I then prepare a report as to the quality of the repairs and this is for the customer's use and may be presented to the insurance company so that the repairs may be re-done or a claim for diminshed value made against the insurance company.
